We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
For hygiene or other reasons, we regret that we are not able to exchange or offer you a refund if you decide you no longer want items which by their nature cannot be returned once they have been dispatched, including:
- Gift vouchers
- Pierced earrings
- Items of nylon clothing which become distorted when worn
- Hosiery, lingerie or swimwear
To arrange a return please head to our online returns centre. Once authorised a returns authorisation number will be emailed to you. Returns cannot be processed without a returns authorisation number.
We do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible. Upon receipt your return is unpacked and the condition of the item is checked.
Once this has been done, your refund or exchange is processed. We are a small family business and this process takes a bit of time, especially during peak periods, such as sale time or Christmas, so please be patient!
We aim to process refunds within 21 days of receipt. When your return has been processed you will be informed by email. We will not contact you until your item has been processed.
Delivery charges are non-refundable on International orders or orders returned outside the 14 day returns period.
Please ensure you don’t wear deodorant or perfume or anything else that could leave a mark/scent when trying on the clothes.
Items that appear to have been worn or are damaged and are not fit for resale are not eligible for refund or exchange, without exception.
Shoes and boots MUST come in their original box with tissue and packaging intact and unmarked, otherwise they will be refused as we cannot re-sell them, and cannot obtain replacement boxes.
Return Postage Costs
The costs of returning any items are your responsibility. We occasionally offer free UK returns, in which case this will be stated on the enclosed packing slip and a free returns label included in your parcel. Free returns may not always be available. Sale items are not eligible for free UK returns.
We take great care to hand pick and check every item before it is sent out but mistakes can sometimes happen. If the item you received is faulty or not what your ordered then please email email@example.com with your name, address and order number and a description of the problem. We will contact you with details on how to proceed with the return.
Discounts and Vouchers
If a discount voucher was used with your original order the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
Occasionally, we may run a promotional offer to give a free gift with your online order when you spend a certain amount.
When returning items; if your order total becomes less than that amount needed to receive the free gift, you will be required to return the free gift. If you return items and your order is still equal to, or greater than the stated amount, then you may keep the free gift uncharged. Spending the required amount is compulsory to owning the free gift, so if the free gift is not returned then the value of the gift will be deducted from your card. We will contact you first, if this is the case.
Occasionally, we may run a promotional offer to give free shipping if you spend over a certain amount. Should items be returned, taking the value of the goods below the required discount or promotion threshold, the value of your refund will be adjusted accordingly, by the appropriate normal delivery charge.
