Tiered cotton maxi dress features a deep frilled hem, gathered bardot top that can be worn on or off the shoulder and tie straps which can cover your bra or be left untied if you don't need them.
Elastic at the waist gives this tiered maxi dress a more flattering shape and more of an empire line when worn on the shoulder.
And finally there are two hidden side pockets to keep your bits and bobs.
